Surah Ibrahim · Ayah 4

Wa maaa arsalnaa mir Rasoolin illaa bilisaani qawmihee liyubaiyina lahum faiudillul laahu mai yashaaa'u wa yahde mai yashaaa'; wa Huwal 'Azeezul Hakeem

“And We never sent a messenger save with the language of his folk, that he might make (the message) clear for them. Then Allah sendeth whom He will astray, and guideth whom He will. He is the Mighty, the Wise.”

“We sent not a messenger except (to teach) in the language of his (own) people, in order to make (things) clear to them. Now Allah leaves straying those whom He pleases and guides whom He pleases: and He is Exalted in power, full of Wisdom.”

“And We did not send any messenger except [speaking] in the language of his people to state clearly for them, and Allah sends astray [thereby] whom He wills and guides whom He wills. And He is the Exalted in Might, the Wise.”

“আমি সব পয়গম্বরকেই তাদের স্বজাতির ভাষাভাষী করেই প্রেরণ করেছি, যাতে তাদেরকে পরিষ্কার বোঝাতে পারে। অতঃপর আল্লাহ যাকে ইচ্ছা, পথঃভ্রষ্ট করেন এবং যাকে ইচ্ছা সৎপথ প্রদর্শন করেন। তিনি পরাক্রান্ত, প্রজ্ঞাময়।”

“اور ہم نے کوئی پیغمبر نہیں بھیجا مگر اپنی قوم کی زبان بولتا تھا تاکہ انہیں (احکام خدا) کھول کھول کر بتا دے۔ پھر خدا جسے چاہتا ہے گمراہ کرتا ہے اور جسے چاہتا ہے ہدایت دیتا ہے اور وہ غالب (اور) حکمت والا ہے”
