Surah Al-Muminun · Ayah 71

“And if the Truth had followed their desires, verily the heavens and the earth and whosoever is therein had been corrupted. Nay, We have brought them their Reminder, but from their Reminder they now turn away.”

“If the Truth had been in accord with their desires, truly the heavens and the earth, and all beings therein would have been in confusion and corruption! Nay, We have sent them their admonition, but they turn away from their admonition.”

“But if the Truth had followed their inclinations, the heavens and the earth and whoever is in them would have been ruined. Rather, We have brought them their message, but they, from their message, are turning away.”

“সত্য যদি তাদের কাছে কামনা-বাসনার অনুসারী হত, তবে নভোমন্ডল ও ভূমন্ডল এবং এগুলোর মধ্যবর্তꦣ2496; সবকিছুই বিশৃঙ্খল হয়ে পড়ত। বরং আমি তাদেরকে দান করেছি উপদেশ, কিন্তু তারা তাদের উপদেশ অনুধাবন করে না।”

“اور خدائے (برحق) ان کی خواہشوں پر چلے تو آسمان اور زمین اور جو ان میں ہیں سب درہم برہم ہوجائیں۔ بلکہ ہم نے ان کے پاس ان کی نصیحت (کی کتاب) پہنچا دی ہے اور وہ اپنی (کتاب) نصیحت سے منہ پھیر رہے ہیں”
