Surah Ash-Shuara · Ayah 157

فَعَقَرُوهَا فَأَصْبَحُوا۟ نَٰدِمِينَ
“But they hamstrung her, and then were penitent.”
“But they ham-strung her: then did they become full of regrets.”
“But they hamstrung her and so became regretful.”
“তারা তাকে বধ করল ফলে, তারা অনুতপ্ত হয়ে গেল।”
“تو انہوں نے اس کی کونچیں کاٹ ڈالیں پھر نادم ہوئے”
