Surah An-Nisa · Ayah 35

“And if ye fear a breach between them twain (the man and wife), appoint an arbiter from his folk and an arbiter from her folk. If they desire amendment Allah will make them of one mind. Lo! Allah is ever Knower, Aware.”

“If ye fear a breach between them twain, appoint (two) arbiters, one from his family, and the other from hers; if they wish for peace, Allah will cause their reconciliation: For Allah hath full knowledge, and is acquainted with all things.”

“And if you fear dissension between the two, send an arbitrator from his people and an arbitrator from her people. If they both desire reconciliation, Allah will cause it between them. Indeed, Allah is ever Knowing and Acquainted [with all things].”

“যদি তাদের মধ্যে সম্পর্কচ্ছেদ হওয়ার মত পরিস্থিতিরই আশঙ্কা কর, তবে স্বামীর পরিবার থেকে একজন এবং স্ত্রীর পরিবার থেকে একজন সালিস নিযুক্ত করবে। তারা উভয়ের মীমাংসা চাইলে আল্লাহ সর্বজ্ঞ, সবকিছু অবহিত।”

“اور اگر تم کو معلوم ہو کہ میاں بیوی میں ان بن ہے تو ایک منصف مرد کے خاندان میں سے اور ایک منصف عورت کے خاندان میں سے مقرر کرو وہ اگر صلح کرا دینی چاہیں گے تو خدا ان میں موافقت پیدا کردے گا کچھ شک نہیں کہ خدا سب کچھ جانتا اور سب باتوں سے خبردار ہے”
