Surah Al-Hadid · Ayah 8

Wa maa lakum laa tu'minoona billaahi war Rasoolu yad'ookum lituu'minoo bi Rabbikum wa qad akhaza meesaaqakum in kuntum mu'mineen

“What aileth you that ye believe not in Allah, when the messenger calleth you to believe in your Lord, and He hath already made a covenant with you, if ye are believers?”

“What cause have ye why ye should not believe in Allah?- and the Messenger invites you to believe in your Lord, and has indeed taken your Covenant, if ye are men of Faith.”

“And why do you not believe in Allah while the Messenger invites you to believe in your Lord and He has taken your covenant, if you should [truly] be believers?”

“তোমাদের কি হল যে, তোমরা আল্লাহর প্রতি বিশ্বাস স্থাপন করছ না, অথচ রসূল তোমাদেরকে তোমাদের পালনকর্তার প্রতি বিশ্বাস স্থাপন করার দাওয়াত দিচ্ছেন? আল্লাহ তো পূর্বেই তোমাদের অঙ্গীকার নিয়েছেন-যদি তোমরা বিশ্বাসী হও।”

“اور تم کیسے لوگ ہو کہ خدا پر ایمان نہیں لاتے۔ حالانکہ (اس کے) پیغمبر تمہیں بلا رہے ہیں کہ اپنے پروردگار پر ایمان لاؤ اور اگر تم کو باور ہو تو وہ تم سے (اس کا) عہد بھی لے چکا ہے”
