Today’s verse
Surah Maryam · Ayah 92
makki
وَمَا يَنۢبَغِى لِلرَّحْمَٰنِ أَن يَتَّخِذَ وَلَدًا
“When it is not meet for (the Majesty of) the Beneficent that He should choose a son.”
“For it is not consonant with the majesty of (Allah) Most Gracious that He should beget a son.”
“And it is not appropriate for the Most Merciful that He should take a son.”
“অথচ সন্তান গ্রহণ করা দয়াময়ের জন্য শোভনীয় নয়।”
“اور خدا کو شایاں نہیں کہ کسی کو بیٹا بنائے”
