Surah Al-Anbiya · Ayah 1
makki
بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ ٱقْتَرَبَ لِلنَّاسِ حِسَابُهُمْ وَهُمْ فِى غَفْلَةٍۢ مُّعْرِضُونَ
Iqtaraba linnaasi hisaa buhum wa hum fee ghaflatim mu'ridoon
“Their reckoning draweth nigh for mankind, while they turn away in heedlessness.”
“Closer and closer to mankind comes their Reckoning: yet they heed not and they turn away.”
“[The time of] their account has approached for the people, while they are in heedlessness turning away.”
“মানুষের হিসাব-কিতাবের সময় নিকটবর্তী; অথচ তারা বেখবর হয়ে মুখ ফিরিয়ে নিচ্ছে।”
“لوگوں کا حساب (اعمال کا وقت) نزدیک آپہنچا ہے اور وہ غفلت میں (پڑے اس سے) منہ پھیر رہے ہیں”
