Surah Aal ʿImran · Ayah 72

“And a party of the People of the Scripture say: Believe in that which hath been revealed unto those who believe at the opening of the day, and disbelieve at the end thereof, in order that they may return;”

“A section of the People of the Book say: "Believe in the morning what is revealed to the believers, but reject it at the end of the day; perchance they may (themselves) Turn back;”

“And a faction of the People of the Scripture say [to each other], "Believe in that which was revealed to the believers at the beginning of the day and reject it at its end that perhaps they will abandon their religion,”

“আর আহলে-কিতাবগণের একদল বললো, মুসলমানগণের উপর যা কিছু অবর্তীণ হয়েছে তাকে দিনের প্রথম ভাগে মেনে নাও, আর দিনের শেষ ভাগে অস্বীকার ক র, হয়তো তারা মুখ ফিরিয়ে নিতে পারে।”

“اور اہلِ کتاب ایک دوسرے سے کہتے ہیں کہ جو (کتاب) مومنوں پر نازل ہوئی ہے اس پر دن کے شروع میں تو ایمان لے آیا کرو اور اس کے آخر میں انکار کر دیا کرو تاکہ وہ (اسلام سے) برگشتہ ہو جائیں”
