Surah Al-Anbiya · Ayah 11
makki
وَكَمْ قَصَمْنَا مِن قَرْيَةٍۢ كَانَتْ ظَالِمَةًۭ وَأَنشَأْنَا بَعْدَهَا قَوْمًا ءَاخَرِينَ
Wa kam qasamnaa min qaryatin kannat zaalimatanw wa anshadnaa ba'dahaa qawman aakhareen
“How many a community that dealt unjustly have We shattered, and raised up after them another folk!”
“How many were the populations We utterly destroyed because of their iniquities, setting up in their places other peoples?”
“And how many a city which was unjust have We shattered and produced after it another people.”
“আমি কত জনপদের ধ্বংস সাধন করেছি যার অধিবাসীরা ছিল পাপী এবং তাদের পর সৃষ্টি করেছি অন্য জাতি।”
“اور ہم نے بہت سی بستیوں کو جو ستمگار تھیں ہلاک کر مارا اور ان کے بعد اور لوگ پیدا کردیئے”
